These Affiliate Terms ("Affiliate Terms") are entered into by and between Ikigai Systems LLC, doing business as IKIGAI TRADER JOURNAL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity accepted into our affiliate, referral, ambassador, or commission-based marketing program ("Affiliate," "you," or "your").

By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and any program-specific terms, rates, payout schedules, or policies we provide through the platform, dashboard, or separate written communication.
